Sara Sedlik Haynes is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Manhattan Beach, California.  She is passionate about helping others increase their life satisfaction and their own resiliency to handle the experience of being human. She loves working with couples and individuals and sees clients who need relationship help, ADHD education and management, sports related trauma and injuries, anxiety/mood disorders and those that ae ready for significant shifts in their life. Sara uses biology and brain-based techniques with her psychodynamic lens to provide a more efficient and holistic healing experience. She is a Certified Practitioner of the Trauma Resiliency Model and the Community Resiliency Model; a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and is trained in psychodynamic models such as Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Imago Therapy.
