I work with individuals and families on a myriad of issues from a holistic health lens with the goal of moving towards wholeness and harmony in your outer world and inner self. This is achieved through ongoing collaboration between myself and the client(s), as well as through the use of various mindfulness tools, therapeutic interventions, and education on how our minds and bodies were formed and what inevitably happens when that natural progression ruptures and is knocked off track. My belief that our minds and bodies are capable of healing themselves within safe relationships is the foundation of all work done together. The healing journey is not a linear path but rather a sacred space to explore our inner selves, and I’m honored when people choose to share the vulnerable and worthwhile work of healing with me as their therapist.
