My passion as a psychologist ist to support people overcome their inner blockades, traumas and anxieties which prevent them to reach for their highest potential. I focus especially on women empowerment and elderly people who suffer from cognitive impairment (stroke, dementia etc.) My own experience showed me that in each crisis there is a hidden chance to grow. This takes courages and a first step is to look for support. Brainspotting can be a great tool to become more aware of inner blockages and let them go. That's why I love to work a lot with Brainspotting. In Austria I participated in Phase 1 and 2 with Monika Baumann and I still want to continue my practice.

Since 2018 I work as a self employed psychologist in Innsbruck and I do also Online sessions.
