Wings Recovery and Waves Treatment Center provide gender specific/gender identified mental health and trauma treatment, in Carlsbad, CA. Our programs address comprehensive mental health illness, with specialization in the treatment of PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociative disorders and military, veteran, and first responder populations.

Wings and Waves offer a full-Residential, Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) levels of care. Wings and Waves are in-network with Anthem, MHN/HealthNet, Tricare, TriWest, Sharp, and Beacons, work with other insurance carriers on an out-of-network basis. We are able to negotiate single-case agreements, if necessary.
