Sarah practices at Hearten House, a hub for healing,  located in Salt Lake City, Utah. She works with individuals (16+) and has particular interest in supporting those navigating partner loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Sarah is LGBTQIA+ allied, gender-affirming, and works from a trauma-informed lens. She utilizes brainspotting and other experiential methods in her work with clients.
