My Style:

Aubrey has a passion for working with teens and adults who are struggling with trauma, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. They also have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and members of the music industry. They operate from an integrative person-centered approach that utilizes the following effective trauma processing modalities: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and brainspotting. Aubrey utilizes these modalities while providing a quality therapeutic relationship via Carl Rogers’ core therapeutic conditions. Aubrey is a firm believer in Rogers’ theory, which states that if accurate empathic understanding, unconditional positive regard, and congruence are present in the therapeutic relationship, positive growth and change will inevitably occur. In regard to EMDR, Aubrey is trained in S.A.F.E. EMDR via the Personal Transformation Institute. In regard to brainspotting, Aubrey is currently Phase 1 & Phase 2 trained.

In their spare time, they enjoy working out, listening to music, singing, watching shows like The Blacklist, and cooking with their air fryer.
