They also have a passion for working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and members of the music industry. They operate from an integrative person-centered approach that utilizes the following effective trauma processing modalities: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and brainspotting. Aubrey is a firm believer in Rogers’ theory, which states that if accurate empathic understanding, unconditional positive regard, and congruence are present in the therapeutic relationship, positive growth and change will inevitably occur.
