I have a telehealth practice and use mostly BSP but also integrate BSP with other modalities like CBT, IFS, and Gestalt techniques. I specialize in trauma and anxiety, including anxiety around performance; although I enjoy working with a multitude of people and know everyone has a different story and we never know what may surface in our work.
