The core of my therapeutic approach is rooted in radical self-acceptance, where the full range of your thoughts and emotions are acknowledged without avoidance or denial. It’s how we build safety for your mind and body as we explore your internal landscape. Our therapy sessions will be inspired by parts work, body-based somatic practices, Brainspotting and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
