I like to use CBT, DBT, play techniques, EMDR techniques and focused mindfulness/brainspotting. I work with both adults and children, have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, the Asian and Latino community, and the lower socioeconomic/below poverty community. I love learning and helping others.
