I enjoy working with adults and have experience working in community mental health, home based family therapy, grief counseling and have a solo private practice in Louisivlle, KY. I am EMDRIA certified EMDR therapist with specialized training in attachment based EMDR (IATP training with Deb Wesselman and Kathy Schweitzer), IFS Level I trained, and have completed BSP Phase I training and will complete Phase II March 2024. I am also trained in EFT Energy Tapping, HeartMath, and am a certified Usui Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner. I also have extensive experience working with children and adolescents and have completed advanced play therapy and sandtray therpay trainings with Paris Goodyear Brown, Annie Monaco, Ana Gomez, and Robyn Gobell.
