I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Houston Texas.  I have been in practice since 2003.  I provide psychotherapy services for individual adults.  I work with most major issues and specialize in trauma, codependency, performance enhancement, spirituality as it relates to psychological well being, anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment to loss, and relationship issues.  I am EMDR certified and currently working on BSP certification.  I am recently trained in BSP, June and July 2022 and am very excited about this amazing healing process.  I have switched most of my clients from EMDR to BSP with amazing results.  I love my clients and I love my work and I am excited to continue on this learning journey to find a way to help my clients.
