I have been supporting families for over 17 years as a psychotherapist in private practice, schools and hospital settings. My current practice focuses on providing individual psychotherapy and parenting support both in person in Boulder, Colorado and online in both Colorado and California. I believe in the power of individuals and families and rely on a strengths based approach to supporting individuals and families reach their full potential. My areas of interest include perinatal mental health, parenting support specifically for parents who have a child was a mental health disorder, grief and loss, adjusting to a chronic illness or caring for a partner/family member with a chronic illness. I have specialized training in Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions (SPACE treatment) which is a parent lead treatment for children/adolescents with anxiety and/or OCD, trauma treatment, perinatal mental health, eating disorders, and brain spotting.
