Anna is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine. She completed her undergraduate education at Wesleyan College, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Currently, she is pursuing a Psy. D. doctoral degree at California Southern University. Anna has extensive experience counseling children, families, juvenile delinquent individuals, and adults in various settings, including intensive programs, LTSRs, schools, and virtual therapy spaces. Her areas of expertise include counseling for ADHD, executive functioning skills, relational issues, OCD, career counseling, anxiety, depression, chronic health issues, and trauma. Anna’s approach is grounded in a values-based method emphasizing evidence-based practices, encouraging clients to act towards their goals. She listens attentively, empathizes deeply, and fosters resilience to help clients achieve their goals and lead more fulfilling lives.
