My work focuses on helping individuals and couples establish emotional safety, strengthen communication, and rediscover self-worth. A key part of our work together is recognizing how past experiences, including family-of-origin issues and survivor experiences, may continue to shape present relationships—and learning how to prevent them from influencing your future.

I utilize evidence-based methods such as Brainspotting and the Gottman Method, along with attachment and connection-focused tools. My approach integrates talk therapy and somatic techniques, providing a balanced experience that addresses both the mind and body.
