I specialize in anxiety, stress, perfectionism, and self-esteem issues with teens and adults, particularly with those who identify as gifted/neurodivergent/2e/highly sensitive (and I personally identify as 2e).

Sometimes things just really suck. You feel like no one gets it; maybe no one gets YOU. Everyone else seems to have it together in a way that you can’t even imagine right now. You feel completely overwhelmed by all the things you have to do. You just want to feel better.
