I’m Chaya (pronounced “Hiya”) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Life Coach. My professional and personal experiences have allowed me to witness firsthand the innate resilience that human beings possess, no matter their past or current circumstances. I am particularly passionate about supporting women of all ages as they navigate this crazy thing called LIFE. I also have a flair for helping aging adults and their loved ones to navigate the ups and downs of older adulthood.

I am a also a speaker, Jewish educator, and I am a living kidney donor! My husband Seth and I have been married for over 33 years and we have 5 children ages 19-30. 

Clients say I am authentic, easy to talk to, spiritual and funny. When I am not busy counseling, coaching or consulting or speaking, I can be found moving my body, spending time with the family, learning Jewish Wisdom or singing out loud!

The support, guidance, and assistance of a trained therapist is fundamental to healing from trauma, and I offer a safe, supportive space to heal. I trained in an incredibly powerful brain-body modality called Brainspotting, which is a therapy and coaching game changer!  I weave into Brainspotting sessions my other clinical training such as IFS (Internal Family Systems/"Parts Work"), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Somatic work and EMDR,  as well as other modalities. Your therapy experience will be tailored to your needs, goals and comfort level.

I am licensed in the states of Colorado, Texas, New Jersey , Florida and Pennsylvania, and I provide coaching world wide.
