Tracy Gantlin-Monroy
Tracy is a fierce proponent for inclusion and social justice with grace. She is the resident therapist at Grace Community Counseling & Social Services, LLC located in Atlanta, Georgia with a specialty in trauma, leaning on Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and IFS. I am passionate about healing and access for all people seeing everyone as a flower in the garden of the Almighty. Trauma treatment is my passion recognizing trauma to be in the system/body and not necessarily in the trauma experience. My orientation as an American Black woman affords insight into situations, challenges and issues of both marginalized & dominant cultured persons. Grace Community Counseling & Social Services, LLC serves just as many persons of marginalized social locations as dominant cultured locations, women as men and believers/non-believers alike. As the first Black female Brainspotting trainer in the world, I clearly understand the sacred nature of culture, identity, erasure and representation; this is valid and necessary for effective treatment recognizing we all show up with our life experience. Power-dynamics are evident from an intersectionality perspective which requires mindfulness, awareness, respect and cultural humility. I move at the speed of grace, respect, and safety as a clinician and Brainspotting trainer.

Suzanne Richards
My practice focus is on anxiety, depression, trauma, couples, addiction and adult attachment issues which can often be at the core of these difficulties. I also have a secondary interest in ADHD and am exploring how some the issues listed above can contribute to or even have their roots in those learning styles.
I am curently in consultation work wiht Tracy Gantlin-Monroy,, Ma, Mdiv, LPC as I find her clean and straightforward style of presenting Brainspotting beneficial to my learning. I also attend monthly supervison group with Susan Pinco, LCSW, PhD and Deb Antinori, Ma, LPC, NCC, RDT, FT which helps to round out my learing especially in the area of brain science and ego state work. I have completeed 2 year training programs in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and in Hakomi Psychotheapy. I have been a student of Eastern/Buddhist philosophy and am a mostly daily meditator. While at first a bit skeptical of Brainspotting, my experience with the method both personally and professionally has yielded pheonminal results. The practice has deepened my clinical repetoire and has facilitated healing and growth in ways not previously experienced.
