When we are hurting (and not present), it's difficult to enjoy life, make decisions, or work through transitions, traumas, painful memories, or experiences. My name is Isabelle, and I will support you in practicing mindfulness and taking control, rather than "sinking" into painful life situations or memories. I am a Certified EMDR therapist & Brainspotting practitioner and work from an integrated/eclectic approach. EMDR/BSP are wonderful evidence-based therapies that can remove the block that is preventing the natural movement toward health.
