I am a school-based therapist with Aurora Mental Health and Recovery. I work in a high school with adolescents and young adults. I am passionate about collaborating with clients through strength-based approaches that encourage empowerment and healthy relationships. I strive to teach and build strong coping skills with my clients to help them address feelings of anxiety, depression and to process trauma.
