Isabelle Futsi, LMFT
You deserve a life that feels good for your nervous system. Maybe you’ve been anxious, overwhelmed, grieving, or stuck in work-related stress for so long that it’s hard to remember what ease feels like. I work with highly sensitive adults—often creatives, professionals, and deep feelers—who’ve learned to hold it all together on the outside while quietly unraveling within. Many are navigating trauma that’s hard to name but deeply felt. If you’re looking for tools to feel more settled—or space to slow down and reflect—I’ll meet you there with warmth, curiosity, and care that’s both grounded and transformative. No matter how far you are on your journey, it's likely that there will always be something that's not perfect, or the way you want it to be. When we are hurting (and not present), it's difficult to enjoy life, make decisions, or work through transitions, traumas, painful memories, or experiences. My name is Isabelle, and I will support you in practicing mindfulness and taking control, rather than "sinking" into painful life situations or memories. Emotional injuries may lead to difficulties with relationships, self worth, goals, and living to your fullest potential. I am a Certified EMDR therapist & Certified Brainspotting practitioner and work from an integrated/eclectic approach. I recently completed level one of IFS training via the IFS Institute. EMDR/BSP are wonderful evidence-based therapies that can remove the block that is preventing the natural movement toward health. I stress equal importance of healing all aspects of your MIND, BODY, & SOUL for your most optimal vitality and well being.
My work is queer, neurodivergent, and identity affirming, with attunement to adult children of immigrants.
My style is gentle, warm, attuned, and grounded—with a dash of humor. I keep it real and welcome the messy, imperfect, fully human parts of you. I blend evidence-based approaches with heartfelt healing. Whether you're overwhelmed, disconnected, or curious about therapy, you’re welcome here. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to hold space for your healing.
