In this Brown Bag Seminar, participants will learn how Brainspotting can be utilized in combination with family constellations to address physical health challenges. We will provide an overview of our approach, an experiential exercise, and a Q&A period where questions can be answered and additional ways of using Brainspotting with physical health challenges and goals can be briefly shared/discussed.


Nancy Tung, RN is a Brainspotting Trainer and Consultant, as well as a Systemic Wellness Coach. Nancy is also the Founder and Developer of the Brainspotting Embodied Learning Circles. Nancy delights in helping others to grow in community settings. Being a Brainspotting trainer and consultant, she has created various programs for healing professionals to grow their professional skills as well as attuning to their own personal growth. When working with clients, the integration of Brainspotting and Family Systems Constellation sets the frame to assist clients immerse in infinite resources for healing inherited family trauma, thus enabling life to move forward with purpose and vigor, manifesting extraordinary wellness and abundance!

 

Cori Woodland is the founder of Beyond Words Integrative Wellness and she practices in this same building where today’s presentation is being held. Cori is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Instructor, Consultant, and Wellness Mentor. Cori’s private practice focuses on helping people shift from surviving to thriving through systemic transformation using interdisciplinary mind-body practices. Her practice focuses on post-traumatic growth and systemic wellness, and she practices at the intersections of psychology, integrative medicine, and social power dynamics. She honors the systems within systems within systems. Cori has training in a variety of mind-body modalities and is excited today to focus on two modalities that significantly influence her work: Brainspotting and Family Constellations. Cori is also developing her first online course: the journey of self-compassion. Cori views self-compassion as the foundation for deeply listening to our emotional and physical messages.
