“Brainspotting in the Sandtray” with Holly St. Pierre, MS Ed, LPCC SUPV
In this Brown Bag seminar, you will be introduced to how you can utilize the neuro-experiential model of Brainspotting with the basic concept of sandtray therapy that “information is processed first with pictures and then words and linguistics are attached to it.” (Amy Flarety)
Most people have an relational reaction to a picture or visual and a correlated body felt sense. This midbrain experience enhances the brainspotting journey to incorporate the five senses as it is hypothesized by this presenter.
During this intro webinar, you will personally experience brainspotting in the sandtray, witness a brief video demonstration and have an opportunity to ask questions of the presenter.
