“Polyvagal Theory & Brainspotting” with Holly St. Pierre, MS Ed, LPCC SUPV
In this Brown Bag seminar, attendees will learn the polyvagal theory and system as per the Deb Dana philosophy, in addition to many skills you can use to help your clients coregulate into parasympathetic ventral vagal state. This Brown Bag seminar will review presentations, resource literature, and a few case examples of how to utilize the techniques.
Holly St. Pierre, MS Ed, LPCC SUPV, has over 20+ years of counseling experience working with adults and children with a dual endorsement in Clinical and School Counseling. Holly is a Brainspotting Therapist who utilizes somatic experience, parts work, sandtray and several other evidence based practices. She has several Webinar Series and Professional Development Series, she facilitates 2 Free Peer Support Groups, Several Consultation Groups, Individual Consultations, and Consultation for Certifications. She loves to spend her time joining the fight against Human Trafficking.
Holly utilizes different therapy styles with clients from the age of 4 through adult. Her Mission is to empower clients to work through their struggles in partnership with respect, encouragement, and integrity. She is currently Owner/Clinical Director of HRS Counseling Services LLC. She is also a Certified Brainspotting Consultant and Founder of Buckeye Brainspotting Network.
