The Yothera Method Facilitator Training is an 8-week online, self-paced training offered for experienced therapists to incorporate embodiment, intuition, and creativity into their clinical practice. This program helps you free yourself from deeply-rooted, unconscious patterns that inhibit you (and your clients) from expressing your most authentic self, giving you full access to your unique gifts and life purpose.
This course is the first step before being invited into the live cohort interactive webinars that include 26 CE’s (these begin in September 2026!) You do not have to participate in the live calls to take this self-paced course.
Jessica Maitri, LCSW, is a Brainspotting Consultant, Certified Yoga Therapist, Breathwork Practitioner, and Intuitive Energy Healer. Jessica also has a specialty workshop called “The Yothera Method for Brainspotting.” Jessica is passionate about mentoring fellow helping professionals, offering Brainspotting consultations, and leading the Yothera Method Facilitator Training to support deeper healing and embodiment in the therapeutic process.
