“What struck me the most about Jen’s Workshop was her relationally attuned and gentle style of teaching and the way she responded expertly to the attendee’s questions. Jen’s expansive understanding of attachment is based on the groups she has led for years. I appreciated the integrated visualizations throughout the Workshop, especially the meditations at the beginning of the day that brought us together in present time.” – Dr. Pie Frey
