Carolyn Robistow, M.Ed., LPC, is a Certified BSP Consultant and Approved Specialty Workshop Facilitator, Clini-Coach, and Board Member of the Rocky Mountain Brainspotting Institute. She is a digital nomad therapist (seeing clients while sailing the world) and the creator of Hourly to Out of Office, which is the roadmap therapists and healers need when they’re ready to cut their work week in half and still earn as much or more money using a 1-to-Many services like group therapy or group coaching. Carolyn sees individual clients and offers Brainspotting consultations in between her many group services. The only thing she’s more into than groups is Brainspotting, using it to help therapists and healers get out of the office for more paid time off, and to help professionals quit their Groundhog Day drinking habits. She also uses Brainspotting with individuals to curb anxiety and OCD.
