Soul Song Counseling is a Brainspotting group practice. Our clinical approach is compassionate and collaborative, and our ultimate goal as your therapist is to help you live life with more ease. More peace. More calm. Our clinical focus ranges from anxiety, trauma, maternal mental health, religious trauma, and working with neurodivergent female-identifying clients.

We provide a trauma-informed approach to therapy, and are passionate about incorporating Brainspotting. We are grateful to have such an effective form of treatment to provide clients.

We have specialized training and certification (PMH-C) in perinatal mental health, including new parenthood, miscarriage, and traumatic births. We have advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.

Our staff works with teens, young adults, and adult clients, and provide support for those incorporating new skills and strategies into their lifestyles. We specialize in ADHD and other neurodivergence in women and are trained in working with the highly sensitive person (HSP).
