I would be deeply honored to be a part of your healing and wellness. My goal is to partner with you to increase a sense of personal freedom, embodiment and hope. I strive to create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where you feel affirmed and can experience meaningful growth.
I am passionate about working from a strengths-based, anti-oppressive, trauma informed approach, tailored to address your unique needs. I draw upon various modalities of therapy including, but not limited to BrainSpotting, mindfulness, narrative and somatic techniques.
Areas of specialization include complex, intergenerational and identity-based trauma, life transitions, internalized oppression, anxiety, grief/loss and self- empowerment.
I received my master’s in applied psychology and have been practicing for over 15 years. I hold a license as a professional counselor in the State of Colorado. In addition to being a therapist in private practice, I have worked at various settings (University of Colorado Boulder, Grant program for homeless LGBTQ+ youth, and Victims Assistance)
Currently I offer in person and virtual sessions for adults and teens.
I believe in finding a therapist who is the right fit; therefore, I offer a free 20-minute consultation. I am excited to connect with you.
