Hello, I’m Robin. If you’ve found me here you’re likely navigating one of life’s challenges. As a brainspotting practitioner, I’m dedicated to helping individuals access deep healing and lasting change. Brainspotting is a powerful, focused therapeutic approach that works with the brain and body to process trauma, emotional pain, and experiences that may feel “stuck.” By identifying and holding attention on specific eye positions connected to stored experiences, we create space for the nervous system to release and reorganize in a way that feels natural and empowering.
In addition to Brainspotting, I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) into my work. CBT helps clients recognize and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, while IFS offers a compassionate, non-pathologizing framework for understanding and healing different “parts” of the self. Together, these approaches allow us to address both the cognitive patterns and the deeper emotional roots of distress.
My style is collaborative, grounded, and attuned. I believe healing happens in a safe, respectful relationship where you feel seen and supported. Whether you’re working through trauma, anxiety, life transitions, performance blocks, or long-standing patterns, we will move at a pace that honors your nervous system and your goals.
My intention is to provide a space where you can reconnect with your inner resilience, clarity, and confidence, and where meaningful, sustainable change becomes possible.
