I practice Brainspotting because I believe in the profound ability of the brain and body to heal from trauma when given the right tools and support. Over the years, I’ve seen how trauma can become trapped in our nervous system, affecting not only our emotions and thoughts but also our physical health and overall well-being. Brainspotting offers a unique, deeply effective way to help people release this stored trauma and reconnect with their inherent capacity for healing.
What draws me to Brainspotting specifically is its direct approach to working with the brain-body connection. It’s a method that doesn’t rely solely on words or intellectual understanding but instead honors the body’s wisdom and its ability to process experiences in its own time. By tapping into specific brainspots—areas where trauma is often held—I can help clients access and resolve emotional blocks and memories in a way that feels safe, gentle, and profound.
I’m passionate about helping others break free from the grip of past wounds, whether they’re dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, or any other effects of unresolved trauma. What’s so powerful about Brainspotting is its capacity to create deep, lasting shifts—sometimes in ways that are subtle but transformative. I find it to be a privilege to support individuals on their journey toward healing and wholeness, allowing them to reclaim their lives and their sense of peace.
