I assist individuals with a variety of concerns including self esteem, anxiety, depression. I enjoy using different modalities including brainspotting and cognitive behavioral therapy. I enjoy getting to know clients and allowing them to tell their stories in a safe space. I believe everyone has the resources within themselves to heal, just sometimes need assisting finding those resources. I am located in the Southwest Denver off Wadsworth Blvd and Yale Ave.
