I have specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders so I support lots of moms adjust to and navigate the murky waters of motherhood. I integrate Brainspotting with Ayurveda, yoga, and other modalities to help you find nervous system regulation, a sense of calm, and knowing you are okay no matter what.
