I am finishing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at the end of April. I will be opening my practice shortly after that and I plan to also volunteer at a non-profit organization similar to the one I am in for my practicum. I have a background working in the medical field as an anesthesia assistant and decided to switch careers to counselling because it is a profession in which I developed a significant interest.
