I’m a Brainspotting consultant and have worked with trauma for over 30 years. I am also trained/certified in other somatic treatment modailities, which I may incorporate. These include EMDR (Eye Movement Desentization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems/ Parts), IPNB (Interpersonal Neurobioligy), MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), HeartMath, and more. I am also a Reiki Master Teacher and certified medium and intuitive healer. I have done my own profound healing of developmental trauma through Brainspotting and hold deep attunement for clients to experience profound healing. I am also highly trained in the Digging Roots developmental trauma model of Brainspotting. I am licensed in California and Arizona.
