My single member private practice is located in Southern Colorado- Alamosa. I do both in-person and on-line sessions. I received my M.A. in counseling by Christian Psychologist, Dr. John Townsend with specializations in Brainspotting (trauma), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (couples), and Formational Prayer (spiritual). I work with teens, adults, and couples.
