You’ve done the work. Therapy, self-help books, maybe even meditation. But something still lingers—like a weight you can’t quite name, a pattern you keep repeating, or emotions that feel locked deep inside.
Maybe you find yourself thinking your way through healing, trying to logic your way past old wounds, only to feel more disconnected. You might be holding tension in your body, noticing the same reactions rising again and again, despite your best efforts to change.
What if your healing didn’t have to be so hard?
Brainspotting, breathwork, and Reiki work with your body and subconscious mind to unlock what talking alone sometimes can’t reach. These approaches help you process stuck emotions, release deep-rooted tension, and reconnect with a sense of ease—without forcing yourself to relive the past over and over.
How I Help:
Brainspotting – A powerful therapy that accesses the deeper parts of your brain where trauma and emotional patterns are stored. By finding where your gaze naturally lands, we tap into your body’s ability to heal, processing what’s been frozen in place.
Breathwork – Your breath is one of the most underutilized tools for transformation. With guided breathwork, you can move stagnant energy, shift emotional blocks, and experience a deep release that feels both cathartic and clarifying.
Reiki – Energy work that restores balance, helping you feel lighter, more connected, and open to new possibilities in your life.
Healing doesn’t have to be a struggle. If you’re ready to explore a different way—one that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with more freedom—I’d love to support you.
