I’m Jess, a licensed professional counselor in Centennial, CO. dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges with compassion and empathy. I believe that healing, growth, and change are possible for everyone, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and empowered.

I received my master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis and Clark College and have additional training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and somatic interventions. Over the years, I have worked with individual teens and adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, stress, life transitions, grief, chronic pain and relationship issues.  I bring both professional expertise and deep empathy to my practice.

​I am a person-centered therapist, believing that strong rapport and a non-judgmental environment are key components to successful therapy. My approach is eclectic, collaborative, warm, direct, and holistic. I specialize in helping people understand their nervous system and responses to stressors.  From there, I help clients develop insight, learn effective tools, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.

I believe that no one is defined by their struggles. We all have the ability to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
