I believe we come into this world beautiful, whole — with gifts to bring and a personhood uniquely our own. Along the way, life experiences can knock us off center. For nearly two decades, I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and long-standing emotional and relational patterns. I also work with adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits, offering support with overwhelm, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. My style is warm, steady, and intuitive — I listen closely to your nervous system and inner world, allowing therapy to unfold at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable.

I bring lived experience with chronic illness and deep empathy for its toll. My background includes certified yoga instruction, Nia blackbelt, Healing Touch Level III, Reiki, and years facilitating Mindful Movement and Dance. I love the Enneagram and weave it into our work. Clients often feel deeply seen, grounded, and safely accompanied in their healing.
