Practitioner Name: Jane Courtney

My practice is focused on helping folks find greater ease in their daily life. I am an advocate and partner in your healing. My approach is gentle, compassionate and invitational.

Our sessions focus on helping you to feel better.  Creating space for you.  I invite you to join me in creating practices that will build resilience and empower you outside of our sessions.

I am informed by decades of work in healthcare and healing.  My own healing journey through, anxiety and chronic pain, fear, and overwhelm has lead me to this path of being a healer.

We are meant to overcome whatever is holding us back.  I know this in my bones.

Our sessions focus on your nervous system, health outcomes and creating space for you to create more of what you want in your life.

I invite you to join me in creating sustainable long-term practices build resilience and will continue to empower you outside of our sessions.  I look forward to meeting you and working together.
