I decided to create the Circles of Resilience Counseling Center to provide a safe space for individuals to be seen and heard without judgment! Here at the Circles of Resilience Counseling Center, we understand there are a multitude of stressors, obstacles, or challenges that can fall outside our “Circle of Control”. Throughout this journey called “Life” many of us find ourselves functioning in “Survival mode” in need of some tools to help navigate the expedition of life. I focus on nurturing a safe judgment free space that promotes the opportunity for a strengthened self-awareness, greater self-acceptance, and rediscovery of self through healing. The therapeutic journey is a collaborative process that involves exploring your own story, and discovering how you view yourself in the world. You are appreciably more than the story you hold, and I would be honored to walk beside you as you embark on the journey to recreate your narrative to positively reflect who you truly are through a true self discovery.
