I’m here to support clients as they find their way to more peace, balance, meaningfulness, sense of belonging, vitality, joy, and resilience. I view therapy as a space where these qualities can be brought to life. I have a deep trust in the unfolding that takes place once we start paying attention to previously unnoticed parts of our experience. I also believe that our bodies and minds are naturally designed to heal. It is my intention to create an environment conducive to that process.

My offerings include supporting clients through life transitions, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, questions about identity, self-esteem, intersecting cultural backgrounds, as well as narcissistic abuse, post-separation family conflict, and parental alienation.
