I offer relational, trauma-informed psychotherapy grounded in Interpersonal Neurobiology, attachment theory, and experiential somatic therapies including Brainspotting and somatic parts work. My approach is guided by the understanding that healing cannot be forced. Rather than pushing for insight or outcomes, I work collaboratively to create the conditions where the nervous system feels supported enough for deeper healing, integration, and lasting change to emerge.
I support adults navigating complex trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, burnout, grief, identity exploration, emotional regulation, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we move at a pace that honours your nervous system, autonomy, agency, culture, and lived experience while fostering greater self-trust, resilience, and embodied connection.
People often describe my approach as warm, gentle, deeply attuned, and spacious. Whether through Brainspotting, somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, or experiential exploration, our work is tailored to your unique process rather than fitting you into a predetermined model.
