I approach therapy in an integrative, relational way that helps you explore mind, body, and spiritual aspects of what is challenging you.  We may work with Brainspotting to help heal old traumas, move through stuck places, and explore spiritual expansion and insight.  I am licensed in Texas and work with individuals 18 on up.
