We are proud to offer Brainspotting, a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neurophysiological sources of emotional and physical pain.

Our team includes two highly trained Brainspotting therapists:

• Penny Haight, LPC-S, practice owner, brings a warm, grounded presence to her work and is deeply committed to helping clients achieve lasting emotional healing through Brainspotting and integrative therapy approaches. She enjoys working with sales organizations and executives to assist them in accessing their flow for peak performance.
• Laura Graham LPC-S, EMDR Certified Therapist, combines her expertise in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with Brainspotting to support clients in processing complex trauma and fostering emotional resilience.
