I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, and I have committed myself to be a lifelong learner. To further my training, I have completed an externship at The Allender Center, taken trainings in expressive arts therapies, Brainspotting. EMDR, trauma-informed care, perinatal mental health,  and providing affirming care for LGBTQ+ folx.

I am currently licensed in both Colorado and Washington, and I’m able to provide in-person services in the state of Colorado, and telehealth services in both states.

I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, childhood sexual abuse, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and trans and non-binary birthing people. Along with my training in psychotherapy, I am also able to provide not only consultation to clinicians wanting to increase their knowledge in working with LGBTQIA2s+ birthing people, but also supervision to LPCC’s in the state of Colorado
