I own and operate City On A Hill Counseling PLLC and work with clients both in person and online that reside in Texas. I specialize in working with individuals and couples on difficulties in relationships and exploring how trauma from the past impacts current relationship dynamics. I enjoy integrating my training and education on family systems and working from a top down or more cognitive approach with my training in trauma modalities and the more bottom up and somatic ways of doing therapy in order to give clients a holistic way to view, explore, and learn from the various aspects of their experience.

I have experience working with individuals around parenting difficulties, chronic anxiety, and grief and loss as well. My goal is to provide a space and relationship for my clients that is safe, without judgement or fear, and that allows them the needed tools and support to make diving into difficult topics more realistic.
