Aloha, my name is Audrey Malasnik and I have been providing counseling to adolescents and adults in Maui for over 20 years and am now working with clients statewide via telehealth. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in a variety of settings, including residential adolescent treatment, adult court-mandated domestic violence groups, clinic-based couples communication classes, school-based counseling, and private practice with adults.

I am trained in a variety of modalities to meet your unique needs. However, after the Maui wildfires I have become trained in Brainspotting and can share that it has had such a tremendous impact both personally and also professionally in my work with clients. I see the importance of treating the whole person – brain/mind, body, and soul/spirit. Just like the Lokahi wheel illustrates, I believe that we are our best selves when we are in balance. We can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life and relationships, past experiences, and limiting beliefs that might be holding you back from living the life you desire.
