Amanda Pulley at Wild Hope Brainspotting and Consulting

Description
Practitioner Name: Amanda Pulley

I work with adult survivors of human trafficking, sexual assault, ritualistic abuse, domestic violence, and complex trauma. As someone with both lived experience and over a decade in this field, I understand how much it can take just to reach out.

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the nervous system. I use Brainspotting and other somatic approaches to help clients process what has been held in the body—without forcing disclosure or relying only on talking things through.

I don’t believe healing comes from pushing or fixing. I believe it unfolds through safety, attunement, and allowing your system to move at a pace that feels doable.

Trust is earned, never expected—and you get to decide when and how much to trust.

I believe you already have the capacity for healing within you. My role is to walk alongside you, trust your system, and create space for that healing to unfold.

It would be an honor to work with you.
