As a psychotherapist I have been practicing for over twenty years, and in Boulder as a counselor/psychotherapist since 1999. I specialize in parenting issues, adolescents, college students and adults.   Over the years I have helped people assess their strengths, sorrows, frustrations and desires.  Using either solution-focused or longer-term traditional psychotherapy I can help you make some changes and get unstuck.  I also integrate the technique of  Brainspotting when appropriate.  My goal is to provide you with the tools to cope with the stresses that have caused you to seek counseling and improve your flexibility.
