I support adults (18+), couples and families in the areas of anxiety, depression, binge eating disorder, stress management, difficult life events, self-acceptance and  self-compassion. As a member of the queer community, I am also passionate about providing support to LGBTQIA+ folks. I work from several modalities, mainly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy, Mindfulness, and Brainspotting. I practice from client-centered and strength-based lenses, empowering my clients to discover and develop their strengths and helping them find ways to move through what keeps them stuck. I am direct in my approach and root my support in exploring clients' values as well as discrepancies that stand in the way of living the life they want. I currently offer therapy via telehealth in Colorado, Oklahoma and Wisconsin.
